Before I knew God, the words of the Bible had no meaning to my life. I never understood what it all meant and only saw it bringing to light my sins.
Walking through the festival you could feel an eerie feeling inside. These people are truly in need of the Lord in their lives. They are so lost and don’t even realize it.
After that meeting ended, Jaron, Victor and I went into a prayer room with the other guys that were evangelizing. Upon entering, I introduced Victor to them all.
The sinner that repents and trusts in Jesus are saved. They have no fear of judgement. Judgement is only fearful for the wicked that dies in their sins.
Each of us poured out our hearts to God. I thanked God for His mercy. I thanked the Lord for giving these people open hearts to talk to us.
There is no one else that can do a work like Jesus can for our lives. He is our comforter when all seems lost. He overcomes the darkness and shines bright to guide us.
Tonight, I was visiting my mom, at her assisted living facility, when I saw this older gentlemen standing outside. He looked down and depressed.
This prophecy of Jesus coming down in the flesh is essential to our salvation. It is so important that we understand the importance of His life and death on the cross.
As Keven and I were standing by this bar, a women was looking out the window from upstairs. Upon looking at her, I waved a gospel tract at her.
Our Lord God deserves the highest praise. He is our mighty King. Fall down at His feet and honor Him. Put your trust in the Lord Jesus, who gives life eternal.
I pray that each of us will have this much faith to know that God will hold true to His promises. Trust that God will help you through your trials and He will.
After this wonderful encounter, I had the privilege to pray with a gentlemen that has a concussion. He also didn’t have a Bible so I gave him one.
Jesus loves you. He paid the price for our sins on the cross that we might be forgiven. He gave us a chance to live again if we believe and follow Him.
There is true joy only in the Lord. His love has no end. There is nothing He wouldn’t do for us. He paid the price for our sins that we might have forgiveness.
One gentlemen I spoke with was Don. We must have talked for about a half hour about Jesus. He is seeking the Lord and trying to break free of his smoking addiction.
The second experience was life changing. Upon knocking on Victor’s door we were delighted to introduce ourselves to him.
Next, I met a gentleman, named Don, that was sick of living a life alone from God. He had walked in sin long enough and wanted to make things right, once and for all.
As the service got over, many people came to speak to us. They said, how grateful they were for us coming. They asked where we came from and we said Boise.
As we walked back towards Temple Square we ended up seeing a lonely man at the entrance of the Temple Square. I could feel the Spirit telling us to talk with Him.
Surely God can do miracles in our lives and the lives of others. I am an example of His healing power in my life.
It is amazing that God has given us a pathway to heaven. It may be narrow but the fruits of walking on God’s path is life eternal.
As the night went on we met many homeless that were ripe for the harvest and to receive Jesus. They were each going through hard times but knew that God could give them strength.
Know that if the Bible is teaching something contrary to your faith than there is something wrong with it and not the Book.
Ask the Lord into your hearts this day. Turn from your sins and follow Him. God will deliver you from your trials and forgive your sins, if you trust in Him.
Before my dying breath, I hope and pray that Jesus will use me to deliver His words to as many people as possible. I want all the world to know that Jesus saves.
Turn from your sins and follow Jesus. No longer live a sinful life but be covered in His righteousness.
Through the resurrection of Jesus I’ve been given newness of life. The story of His resurrection speaks to His goodness.
I am so grateful that He bore my sins. I know that Jesus rose from the dead. There is new life only found in Him.
After leaving the nursing home, I headed to downtown Boise to share the good news of Good Friday to the people.
Because Jesus died for me, I have life. My old life is dead with Christ. Through Him I am made alive forever. A fire has been set in my heart that cannot be contained.
There is always a time to repent for our sins. Even, near death, Jesus will accept us if we give our lives to Him and believe.
