Daily Prayer:Oh Lord, look through my life. Help me to know where I stand before You. If you do not know me now, please let me know, lest I die and be found unworthy in judgement. I do not wish to walk away from Your love but to walk in it. I truly desire to be saved, oh Lord. You are my Savior and King. Come into my life. Have mercy upon my soul and forgive me, for my sins. Tear down the pride in my life, that I might live for You. Help me to love one another, as You love them. Teach me to know Your ways. Help me to walk in Your good works. I know I cannot be saved on my own. I need You to lead me in all things. My flesh is weak on my own, but with You in my life, I am stronger. Lead me on Your path, oh Lord. Help me to not stray from Your light. I trust in You Jesus. I love You. Amen.
Psalm 131 (KJV)
1 Lord, my heart is not haughty, nor mine eyes lofty: neither do I exercise myself in great matters, or in things too high for me.
2 Surely I have behaved and quieted myself, as a child that is weaned of his mother: my soul is even as a weaned child.
3 Let Israel hope in the Lord from henceforth and for ever.
We by saved by grace, through faith, and not of our own good works, “lest any man should boast.” It is so important that we humble ourselves before God.
If you go to a church and it says the Bible is corrupted, leave quickly. To say another book is more correct, is an indicator that this religion is false.
What is prayer if it is just words and nothing more? Don't just repeat a prayer but be heartfelt in what you say to God.
Daily Prayer:Oh Lord, help me to not live any longer outside Your will. Help me see the sins in my life. If I am apart from Your love, help me know what it is, that I might change. May there be a conviction of my sins. Convict me and bring about a desire to change. I also pray that this generation of believers, will read the Bible. May they read Your words daily and allow the Spirit to penetrate their lives to repentance. May this be the start of a new life. I know that You can change us. You can see through our wickedness and give us promptings to change. Help us know what is contrary to Your will. If we are living in willful sin, let it be known. Deliver us from the darkness and into Your light. Break the bonds of sin. We are sorry for living apart from You. Please forgive us. Have mercy upon our souls. I trust in You Jesus. I love You. Amen.
Psalm 130:1,2 (KJV)
1 Out of the depths have I cried unto thee, O Lord.
2 Lord, hear my voice: let thine ears be attentive to the voice of my supplications.
Let the Lord convict you of your sins. Cry unto God and ask for forgiveness. May these desires lead you to pray often and seek God’s hand in your life.
There is opposition in all things, especially in our witness for Christ. Don't let this stop you.
Will you open your mouth and share the gospel of Jesus Christ? Be willing to live out your faith and allow the Lord to use you.
Daily Prayer:Oh Lord, please give everyone in the faith a desire to open their mouths and witness for You. Give them motivation to live out their faith and not be left keeping their faith to themselves. Will You give them courage to share Your gospel message? Fill their minds and hearts with words to speak, even when opposition comes. Give them boldness to go out in Your harvest. I know that everything happens for a reason. Some people will listen and others reject You. I just pray that You do lead me and others to those that are ready. Help us know who is desiring a blessing from You. Allow me to come to them and share the good news of the gospel. May they accept prayer and be blessed by Your presence. May their hearts be pierced by Your words. As I leave them, I pray that the Spirit will continue to move inside of them to faith. I trust in You, Jesus. I know that all things are possible with You in my life. I love You. Amen.
Psalm 129:4-8 (KJV)
4 The Lord is righteous: he hath cut asunder the cords of the wicked.
5 Let them all be confounded and turned back that hate Zion.
6 Let them be as the grass upon the housetops, which withereth afore it groweth up:
7 Wherewith the mower filleth not his hand; nor he that bindeth sheaves his bosom.
8 Neither do they which go by say, The blessing of the Lord be upon you: we bless you in the name of the Lord.
Don’t worry to much about the people that scrutinize your faith. Continue in prayer that they change their heart.
Matthew 28:5-9 (KJV)
5 And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified.
6 He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.
7 And go quickly, and tell his disciples that he is risen from the dead; and, behold, he goeth before you into Galilee; there shall ye see him: lo, I have told you.
8 And they departed quickly from the sepulchre with fear and great joy; and did run to bring his disciples word.
9 And as they went to tell his disciples, behold, Jesus met them, saying, All hail. And they came and held him by the feet, and worshipped him.
Daily Prayer:Oh Lord, it is awesome to celebrate Your resurrection. It truly is a day to celebrate, for You have risen from the grave. All praises to the Lord, who conquered death. Death could not hold You captive, for You have overcome the grave. Because You have risen, I am able to stand now with newness of life. Your blood has covered all my sins and I am set on a better path. The resurrection brings me hope for a new day. With You at the head, I can do all things. Nothing can hold me back. My old man is dead and I am ready to get to work for You. Use this new life to reach overs for Your kingdom. Lead me to the lost. Help me share the truth of Your words to everyone that has an ear to hear. Use me Lord. I want all the world to know that You live. That only salvation is through You, Jesus. I trust in You. You are my Lord and I love You. Amen.
After Jesus’s mother and Mary Magdalene went their way to bring word of the resurrection of Jesus to His disciples, Jesus appeared in their midst.
As we celebrate Easter, we remember the risen Lord. Jesus was crucified for our sins and died, but then rose from the dead.
There is no greater love than what Jesus did for us on the cross. The Lord is so merciful and kind to forgive us as sinners.
Daily Prayer:Oh Lord, thank You for the cross. Thank You for coming down to save us all from our sins. I know now that there is no salvation under heaven but through You. Thank You for suffering, that I might live. This new life, that I feel in my heart, is only because of You. Because of the cross, my old life is dead. Just as You died and rose again, I have died to myself and live unto You. You have raised me from the dead. Thank You for Your mercy. Thank You for hearing my cries and showing compassion for my soul. Only You can give me the peace I need to carry on. Help me Lord to never forget Your great sacrifice on the cross. What You have done is the reason why I live. Thank You so much Lord. I cannot wait till the day, that I am able to rise up to see You. What a glorious day, it will be, to see my Savior, whom I love with all my heart. You are my King. I love You. Amen.
1 Corinthians 15:1-4 (KJV)
1 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;
2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
Oh how merciful is our Lord Jesus. I give thanks for the cross. Though it was so painful and hard to bare, Jesus suffered that we might be forgiven.
The fear of the Lord is to give Him honor and respect. It would be disrespectful to know of God’s laws and then disobey them.
Psalm 128:1-3 (KJV)
1 Blessed is every one that feareth the Lord; that walketh in his ways.
2 For thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands: happy shalt thou be, and it shall be well with thee.
3 Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy children like olive plants round about thy table.
Daily Prayer:Oh Lord, I love You and honor You. You are all holy and mighty. It is a pleasure to worship and praise Your holy Name. Your laws are so important to me. They lead me on the right path. It is an honor to serve You, my King. To live in Your light is most important to me. Lead me from all sin. Lead me away from temptation. Help me not fall into the ways of addiction and guilt. Help me to live outside the pleasures of the world. Your ways are greater. It is greater to live for You than anything else. Lord, I need Your guidance. Direct my paths. Lead me Lord. Bless me and my family. Help me to be a shining light to my wife and my children. May Your love fill the lives of my family. I love You. Amen.
Those that fear God are blessed. Not only in their own lives but the lives of everyone that they affect.
Live in God’s will. Allow the Lord to lead you. To be used by God is much greater than to do things on our own.
The joy we find in the Lord should be passed on to our children. It is our privilege to raise them up in the ways of the Lord.
Psalm 127:2,3 (KJV)
2 It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he giveth his beloved sleep.
3 Lo, children are an heritage of the Lord: and the fruit of the womb is his reward.
Daily Prayer:Oh Lord, I pray that my heart continually is for You and not this world. May I not fall victim to temptation but be led on Your righteous path. May my love for You be extended in the work place and the way I treat my family. I know that greater things can happen with You in my life. Help me to live out my faith. I pray that my labors will not be vain. May You do a work in my life. Help my mind focus on building up Your kingdom. Help me to love my children as You love them. Help me raise them up to know You. May the Spirit of God shine down upon me. Empower me by the Spirit. I pray that You do use me in a big way. Take my hand and carry me forth. My heart is Yours. I love You. Amen.
