Blessed Is He Whose Transgression Is Forgiven

There is a great need to pray to God.  He is waiting for people to acknowledge Him in all their confessions, then is forgiveness.  He even explains how people are blessed by the Lord Himself when they do these things.  Those whose transgressions are forgiven are blessed.  Those who allow Jesus’s blood to cover their sins are cleansed, and very blessed.  Those who allow Jesus’s blood to cover their sins are cleansed and very blessed at that.  He wrote, “blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered. Blessed is the man unto whom the Lord imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile.” (Psalm 32:1,2)  Therefore, we are to acknowledge our sins before God, while confessing them all before Him.  No longer hide your sins from God, but bring them to light and experience His true forgiveness.  Say this with me now, “I acknowledge my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the Lord; and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah.” (Psalm 32:5)

Those who are of God are known for praying.  Not to be seen by people, but because of their devotion to the Lord, they know and love do they seek His face daily.  As David said, “for this shall every one that is godly pray unto thee in a time when thou mayest be found: surely in the floods of great waters they shall not come nigh unto him.” (Psalm 32:6)  While the wicked may have pleasure while in this world, there will be many sorrows in this next life because of all their sins and transgressions.  This cannot be said for people who trust in the Lord, for His mercy is for them.  They are glad and rejoice for heaven is close at hand.  It is written, “many sorrows shall be to the wicked: but he that trusteth in the Lord, mercy shall compass him about. Be glad in the Lord, and rejoice, ye righteous: and shout for joy, all ye that are upright in heart.” (Psalm 32:10,11)  So know that God hears your prayers, ye righteous.  Be glad in the Lord.  In a short while, the Lord God will take you home to paradise, where is so much joy.  Amen.

Let us pray:
Blessed is Your Name, God. You are worthy to save the least us. Transgressions are forgiven because of Your great love for us, Jesus. You keep me from the iniquity of this world and shelter me from the storms of life. I acknowledge my sins before You now, for I know that You can cleanse me when I fall. I confess that I am a sinner in need of saving power. Forgive me, Lord. It is an honor to pray to the one true God of the heavens, of whom I know is alive and well in people’s lives who love You. Wherever I may be, and in whatever circumstance, I am in need of a You, my Savior. Therefore, I will gladly call upon Your Name, Jesus. You keep me safe and also give me hope for a new day. Thank You for Your patience with me, although I don’t always deserve it. It would be easy for me to hide my sins, but I would only be pushing You and Your great love from me. I need You, Lord, every hour. I am very sorrowful when I sin and You are not with me. Therefore, I trust in You, Lord. I am glad because You are with me. Amen.

  1. Amen! Yes, it such a great feeling to know that you’re forgiven by God, that you changed your life or actually that God changed your life. I can’t even remember some of my sins that I’ve fully repented for. I also know that I’m not the person that I once was. My desires are different now. I don’t desire the music of the world. I have a goal of only listening to Christian music. I’m not perfect but I wish to not even listening to one secular song ever again. I can’t stand secular music now. I was once heavily addicted to secular rap music, Eminem to be exact. Now I hate his music. I only want Jesus. My desires are still changing every day. Amen!
