Stand Against Abortion And Homosexuality

If we are for Christ and really on His side, then we also have both our feet in His kingdom. We are not only believers but followers of Jesus, who is Lord of our lives. Because He has rescued us from the bondage of this world, we love Him more than anything the world offers. Therefore, our desires are for God and knowing Him greater each day. So we read the Bible daily, in order to have His words continually in our hearts and our minds. We also pray often, so that our thoughts are always for Him. Doing this, we are a lot less likely to sin, for Jesus is in our lives. Even when Satan comes to tempt us we are not easily given over to the lusts of your flesh as we once were, for we are already fulfilled because of the love of Christ in our lives. This allows us to think clearly and not be easily given over to how the world thinks about different important issues. So when the Bible says that children are precious in God’s sight, even babies that He is creating in the womb, our stance on abortion will be against it all costs. God may even give us over to stand in front of an abortion clinic, in order to warn the women going there of how evil abortion is in the sight of God. And along with this issue, our thoughts on homosexuality is different now, since God is clear that this vial act is an abomination in His sight. Therefore, you may be moved to go to gay pride parades and festivals, in order to witness the truths of God to them, pass out tracts, and pray with them. These two topics are controversial with the world, but with Christians, we already know where God stands. We don’t let the government stop us from believing what the Bible says is truth.

So let’s now read a few verses that affirm our stance on abortion and homosexuality. First off being abortion, where God said, 1“be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth” (Genesis 1:28) So think about this for a minute, along with the other verses I will mention. How can God’s will happen if babies are being murdered? God also said, 2“thou shalt not kill.” (Exodus 20:13) So how can people obey this, while letting their unborn and innocent babies be murdered? Jesus also said, 4“whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.” (Matthew 18:6) This could not be more clear that children are precious in the sight of God, so why would anyone want to kill them? Now, for homosexuality, God said, 3“if a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.” (Leviticus 20:13) Paul also said, 5“know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.” (1 Corinthians 6:9,10) Effeminate people in this context are homosexuals, of which will not have any part of heaven, but hell, lest they repent. The Bible is clear on the topics of abortion and homosexually. Therefore, be in line with God and let your heart be against such things.

Let us pray:
Oh Lord, I love You and give You the highest praise. Thank You for saving a wretch like me and leading me out of the darkness of this world. Because You are now with me, there is light and light abundant. I can never get tired of having You in my life and being led away from sin. Truly, You have built me up with Your armor, that I may no longer fall willfully into sin. Thank You Jesus. Where I once was with the world in the way I thought about things, now I know how wrong I was, for You have given me understanding. I now know that babies are precious in Your sight. That abortion is evil and that You hate this vial act, as I do now also. It pains me to the very core of my being to know that innocent lives are being killed each day. Lord, let these killings stop in Your mighty Name. Convict these women who are doing such evil and vial acts, that they may repent and come out of the darkness and into Your light. May they listen to Your witnesses and wake up to follow You. I also pray for those people in the homosexual community. Truly, as people that abort their unborn children, these people are also filled with evil spirits. So it is my prayer that everything evil inside of them will be cast out, that Your light might enter them also. Lives can change, but they must first come unto You, Jesus, and then You can do the rest. It is my prayer that every worker of iniquity will get right with You before it is too late. And help Christians all over the world to come together in the unity of the faith. That we might be a light unto the world, starting today. That we will stand against abortion and homosexuality, while leading these people that are for it, to know what Your Word has said. Then, will You be able to open their eyes, that they may see. Thank You Lord. I believe in You. I trust in You with my whole heart. I love You. Amen.
