Lift Up Your Hands And Worship The Lord

Let us all lift up our hands in worship to the Lord, most high. Give everything you are to the Lord God, for He is holy. Hallowed be His name. Our God is all righteous and pure. We cannot become righteous through our own good works but through Jesus, our Savior. Only through the name of Jesus can we be saved. 6Only He can lead us on the right path and allow fruits of righteousness spring forth from our lives. No other name, under heaven, has the power to save us but Jesus. Through His hand, we are taken from darkness and into His light. He ushers into our hearts new life. If you have been cleansed from your wickedness, give Him thanks. 5The Lord is so merciful to everyone that calls upon His name. Your confessions are heard. He is ever so open to forgive us of our sins and make a way for us to change our lives. His arms are opened wide to receive us all. Are you willing to submit your lives to Him today? I pray that you will. Open your hearts to God, like a child submits to their parents. Allow Him to do a work inside your lives. If you are sincere in your desires, then miracles will take place through His hand.

To those that are ready now, to give thanks to God, join in with me and rejoice in our King. 1“Lift up your hands”, 1“and bless the Lord.” In prayer, cry out to God in thanksgiving. Praise His holy name. 1“Behold, bless ye the Lord, all ye servants of the Lord.” Sing Hallelujah. Rejoice in the salvation of the Lord. Give thanks for the cross. Speak of His mercy and grace. He is so gracious to suffer for our sins. Only Jesus is so compassionate to suffer and die, that we might be forgiven. His resurrection gives us hope. 4I have new life, because Jesus rose from the dead. As He rose, I might also rise up to Him, my King. I rejoice in my Lord and King. My heart rejoices in my Savior. He is our great 7creator and 3judge. I know there will be a day when I will come before Him, in judgement. It will be a great honor to see the Lord in all His glory. In tears of joy, will I give thanks and bow down before my King. In that day, it will be an honor to hear him say, 2“well done, good and faithful servant”. As Paul wrote, 8“for we which have believed do enter into rest.” All of us that believe in and follow Jesus are assured of this promise.

Let us pray:
Dear Lord, will you come into my life? My heart is open to receive You. I will not neglect the chance to follow You, any longer. I understand Your ways are to salvation. I trust in You, God. I do not wish to walk in darkness any longer. Take my hand and lead me from darkness and into Your light. I confess that I am a sinner and have need of Your mercy. Forgive me Lord. Have mercy upon my soul. Cleanse me from all wickedness. Cut down the bonds of addiction from my life. I do not wish to walk outside of your love any longer. I need You in my life. You are my Savior. I rejoice, for You have come to save me. As I run to You, Lord, please come and receive me now. My heart is Yours. I give You the glory. I give You all praise. I want more of You in my life and less of me. I love You. Amen.

2 Lift up your hands in the sanctuary, and bless the Lord.
3 The Lord that made heaven and earth bless thee out of Zion.

2Matthew 25:14-30 (KJV)
14 For the kingdom of heaven is as a man travelling into a far country, who called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods.
15 And unto one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one; to every man according to his several ability; and straightway took his journey.
16 Then he that had received the five talents went and traded with the same, and made them other five talents.
17 And likewise he that had received two, he also gained other two.
18 But he that had received one went and digged in the earth, and hid his lord’s money.
19 After a long time the lord of those servants cometh, and reckoneth with them.
20 And so he that had received five talents came and brought other five talents, saying, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me five talents: behold, I have gained beside them five talents more.
21 His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.
22 He also that had received two talents came and said, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me two talents: behold, I have gained two other talents beside them.
23 His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.
24 Then he which had received the one talent came and said, Lord, I knew thee that thou art an hard man, reaping where thou hast not sown, and gathering where thou hast not strawed:
25 And I was afraid, and went and hid thy talent in the earth: lo, there thou hast that is thine.
26 His lord answered and said unto him, Thou wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not strawed:
27 Thou oughtest therefore to have put my money to the exchangers, and then at my coming I should have received mine own with usury.
28 Take therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him which hath ten talents.
29 For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath.
30 And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

39 And we are witnesses of all things which he did both in the land of the Jews, and in Jerusalem; whom they slew and hanged on a tree:
40 Him God raised up the third day, and shewed him openly;
41 Not to all the people, but unto witnesses chosen before God, even to us, who did eat and drink with him after he rose from the dead.
42 And he commanded us to preach unto the people, and to testify that it is he which was ordained of God to be the Judge of quick and dead.
43 To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins.

4Romans 6:1-9 (KJV)
1 What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?
2 God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?
3 Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?
4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
5 For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:
6 Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.
7 For he that is dead is freed from sin.
8 Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him:
9 Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him.

5Romans 10:9-13 (KJV)

13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:
14 In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:
15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:
16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.

8Hebrews 4:1-11 (KJV)
1 Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it.
2 For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it.
3 For we which have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.
4 For he spake in a certain place of the seventh day on this wise, And God did rest the seventh day from all his works.
5 And in this place again, If they shall enter into my rest.
6 Seeing therefore it remaineth that some must enter therein, and they to whom it was first preached entered not in because of unbelief:
7 Again, he limiteth a certain day, saying in David, To day, after so long a time; as it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts.
8 For if Jesus had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day.
9 There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God.
10 For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his.
11 Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.
