The Fool Hath Said, There Is No God

There are so many people that think I am crazy for believing in God. Because I go out to testify in the Name of Jesus, people of all ages persecute me. They say that God is not real so obeying His laws means nothing. People have decided that living a good life is good enough. David spoke about these types of individuals. 1“The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. Corrupt are they, and have done abominable iniquity: there is none that doeth good.” Anything that is not for God is against it. The works of the flesh are corrupt. We aren’t doing good works if they are not pleasing to God. 1“God looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, that did seek God. Every one of them is gone back: they are altogether become filthy; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.” Can you imagine what God is seeing now. People of this generation have fallen into such great iniquity. The pride in their eyes has led them to not follow Jesus. What pleases the flesh is more important to these people. There sin of choice brings them the temporary satisfaction that they need. Oh how blind people are. 1“Have the workers of iniquity no knowledge?” Do they not realize that their sinful life needs to be atoned for. May more people be convicted of their sins and come to Jesus for forgiveness. Dwelling in a life of sin can lead to everlasting punishment in hell, if it is not dealt with before death.

Trusting in your own heart or someone else that there is no God, is insane. There is always room to learn. What one person tells you isn’t always the end of the story. When someone appears to say something important, search it out and find meaning to what they are saying. The same can be said with the Bible. If you are open to what the words are saying, then the Spirit will speak to your heart. Any ordinary book you research can have great things to tell you but it may still be false. What you read in the Bible is different. What you receive in the Word of God is personal revelation from God. He loves you so much as to help bring meaning to His words. Though the Bible was written thousands of years ago, you have much to learn. You will grow in your faith the more you read. Seek to obtain wisdom. If you are open, then you will be taught the truths of a living God that cares so much for You. Jesus died for your sins that you might obtain mercy. Because of the blood He shed on the cross, we have new life. He knows how far sin can take us, but at the same time, knows that there is light at the end of the tunnel. No matter how deep you’ve gone in drugs, alcohol, and sexual sin, God can free you from it. Your pride led you to where you are now. Humble yourself before your King and you will be healed. You may not have the power to change your ways on your own but Jesus can through You. It depends on your faith. This personal knowledge of God is lifesaving.

Let us pray:
Oh Lord, I care so deeply for the lost. Use me to help them come to know You. Even the atheists, humble them to open their hearts to You. The teachers of this world have truly led so many people astray. They have taught so many lies about evolution and made it all to be facts. My heart is sickened by all the people they have deceived. Now, so many are on a path to destruction unless they repent. Lord, may these people desire to know more. May their ability to learn never stop after leaving the classroom. May they still listen when one speaks about You and Your great love. Just to know You is enough to change hearts and minds. I have seen people so far gone but still the Spirit of God has resurrected them that they might see. Just like You gave me sight, may more people come to see the grace that abounds only in You. I love You. Amen.
